Area Manager (M/F)
You will develop the loyalty of a network of business providers in the region (banks, brokers, insurers, housing professionals, works councils, administrations, etc.).
You ideally have a first experience in the real estate, banking or insurance market.
Your dynamism, your perseverance, your interpersonal skills, are qualities that will allow you to grow and evolve within the group towards management positions or in the context of the development of our activities in France and abroad.

Account manager (M/F)
Your missions:
Responsible for your portfolio, you will carry out the study, analysis and assembly of financial files on behalf of our clients, without canvassing.
- Discovery of the prospect's request, application of the sales pitch, listening to needs and expectations, collection of financial and economic data, analysis and realization of credit consolidation simulations.
- Management of the portfolio, follow-up of the clients, follow-up of the file from A to Z until the release of the funds.
- Sales force: research, negotiation and realization of financing plans with banking partners, sale of the most appropriate financing plan, contract terms and sale of associated products.
Profile required:
Minimum 2 years of higher education
You have significant experience in sales or consulting with private customers.
You have a commercial temperament, you like to convince and take up challenges.
Beginners in the financial sector accepted. A three-month training course will be given to you. It will focus on financial products and customer approach.

Real estate
Real estate diagnostician
Your role as a technician in real estate diagnostics leads you to be in permanent contact with our customers, your interpersonal skills are an asset in building customer loyalty.
Your missions :
Carry out asbestos/lead/DPE/gas/Electricity/Measurement diagnostics ...
Take samples of materials and send them to the laboratory

Real Estate Negotiator (M/F)
Our network of real estate agencies is composed of four brands: LOGIA, PYRAMIDE, XL and MEDIANE.
You are available, motivated, enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal and listening skills. Experience in the real estate sector is not essential as we provide quality training.
Juniors or seniors (motivated by a professional reconversion) are welcome.

In charge of marketing new and old properties to a private clientele, you will be responsible for a portfolio of sellers and buyers.

Developer (M/F)
As a member of one of our development teams, you will participate in the development of a project and will, among other things
- Design, perform the technical analysis and ensure the development of new features
- Produce programs and documentation in accordance with functional specifications
- Make the necessary corrections
- Guarantee the quality of our software by ensuring validation and integration tests in the various operating environments
Profile:
With a minimum of 3 years of computer training, you have 2/3 years of experience as a developer and in the development of web, intranet and extranet applications.
You have a higher education in Computer Science, and ideally you have a first experience in development.
You master the following development languages : ASP, PHP, SQL, Html, JavaScript, CSS
You will be required to use SQL Server DBMS, MySql, JQuery libraries.

Your rigor, your ability to adapt and your enthusiasm will allow you to quickly take responsibility for the development of our projects.
Computer engineer (M/F)
As a member of one of our development teams, you will participate in the overall management of a project and will, among other things
- Manage, maintain and evolve the computer park (hardware, software and telecommunications...)
- Design, perform technical analysis and ensure the development of new features
- Produce programs and documentation in accordance with functional specifications
- Make the necessary corrections
- Guarantee the quality of our software by ensuring validation and integration tests in the various operating and database environments.
- Design a software architecture with the architects, and propose the project framework, consisting of design patterns and libraries.
- Analyze and develop the components using the appropriate languages (c++, c, java, c#...).
- Ensure the development and the realization of the applications (prototypes and modules).
- Adapt and parameterize the software packages selected for the software architecture.
- Participate in the structuring of databases.
- Harmonize and industrialize all components and applications.
- Document the applications for further development and production.
- Define test protocols and scenarios (unit tests and load tests).
- Test, identify and deal with possible malfunctions of the developed software.
- Analyze the results and write the test report.
- Verify the conformity of the capabilities of the work with the request formulated by the customer.
- We may be required to train you in a Framework.
PROFILES:
With a computer science degree, you have 2/3 years of experience as a developer and in the creation of websites.
With a higher education in Computer Science, you ideally have a first experience in the development of applications.
You master the following development languages : Html, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, SQL. Autonomous, rigorous, innovative, you are recognized for your technical and relational qualities and your ability to manage projects.

As part of this development, we are looking for our new Site Manager M/F.
Efficient and relevant relay to the general management of the group, your main missions are the following:
- Participate in the definition and deployment of the company's strategy
- Manage the commercial development strategy of your laboratory in the defined sectors: structure the implementation of your machines and define objectives and priorities
- Supervise its staff through recruitment, training and animation
- You will be responsible for the good management of your laboratory in all the fields which compose it and in particular of production, maintenance, trade and QHSE
